Good to know
This private unit is within a home set up like a duplex with two units within the house. Sound travels easily between the two units (footsteps, voices, laughter, etc) so I ask that both guests respect the guests on the other side of the wall. Well stocked kitchen allows easy cooking/preparing of meals. Organic, fair-trade coffee provided. This unit is eco-friendly with bamboo flooring, no VOC paint, organic mattress & sheets, and non-toxic personal care items. Living room has a 49" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video.
Other Details to Note
The bathroom for the other Airbnb unit is on the other side of the bedroom wall and plumbing/water can be heard if someone showers or uses the toilet. This is disclosed as it may disturb some potential guests. There is ONE thermostat for both Airbnb units that can be adjusted in this unit. I ask that the temperature be kept around 74 in the summer and 70 in the winter to please both sets of guests. I can adjust it remotely as well and will do my best adjust the temperature to the liking of both guests. There are ceiling fans as well. There is a door between the two units that stays bolted at all times. License Number: ZSTR-000322-2025
