Adorable 300 sq ft private studio suite within the house - living area, queen bed, kitchenette with table, bath, and back deck. Private entrance, no shared spaces. Kitchenette has mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, and large sink. One mile from downtown and walkable to Chavis Park as well as a greenway with e-bikes for rent!

Good to know

This is a single-family home with a guest suite. The main part of the house is another rental unit that is completely separate with a separate entrance (there is a shared wall and sound does travel easily...footsteps, voices, laughter, etc). Well stocked kitchenette allows easy cooking/preparing of meals. Organic, fair-trade coffee is provided. This suite is eco-friendly with bamboo flooring, no VOC paint, organic mattress & sheets, and non-toxic personal care items. 43" 4K Smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video.

Other Details to Note

There is ONE thermostat for both Airbnb units (controlled remotely) and it will be set around 74 in the summer and 70 in the winter. I will do my best adjust the temperature to the liking of both guests. There are ceiling fans as well. There is a door between the two units that stays bolted at all times. House Rules

On-street parking only. One car maximum per stay on the cul-de-sac. Driveway is reserved for the other Airbnb. Quiet hours 10pm-7am (inside and on the deck). Please, as a courtesy to the other Airbnb guests and the neighbors, keep noise at or below the level of a normal calm conversation. Please do not place wet towels on furniture, on the wood floor, nor on the bed. Removal of Makeup: Please use supplied grey make-up removal washcloths. Make-up will stain & ruin the white towels. Firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited on this property regardless of open-carry or concealed-carry permits.

Darla’s suite was perfect for us. Great location and excellent communication. The space was a good size and met all of our needs. Private back patio was really a nice place to relax. Everything was very clean. It was comfortable and convenient. Darla was friendly and always responsive.

Place was very clean, nice and organized. The only minor hiccup found was that the internet was terribly slow, but that hardly takes away from how nice the home was.
