We loved our stay at the Urban Escape! Very walkable to great restaurants, coffee, and attractions near City Market and Moore Square, but tucked back in a residential neighborhood for peace and quiet. The home was spacious, very clean, and well-decorated. We felt right at home! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved the stocked Nespresso and the comfortable beds. Darla was friendly, accommodating, and even sent a guidebook with plenty of options to enjoy in Raleigh. Thanks, Darla!

The location is very close to downtown and there are so many things to see and so much food to try. The house has a driveway for one car with street parking for more. The street didn’t seem too busy. We didn’t walk anywhere but it was really easy to park nearby at burial brewery and transfer co. NC Art museum was beautiful and free. House was very clean with comfortable beds and a master with an adjustable bed. Plenty of bathroom space with 2.5 baths. We cooked in the kitchen one night and had everything we needed. Nespresso with espresso pods provided and a Mr coffee with ground coffee provided = excellent relaxing mornings with no need to rush out to a shop! Tv worked perfectly. I was sad to leave the bedroom, it was so comfortable.
Visit Dix park for the trolls and follow it up with crofton pretzels. So good!

We had a great stay at Darla's place! The house is absolutely spotless. Very comfortable for five of us (four adults and a child). Very comfortable space with restaurants walkable. Highly recommend for a stay near downtown Raleigh!
